Poster Presenters: All poster presenters
must contact Vicky Kark at
vkark@aol.com or
phone: 240-605-3741. Deadline for abstract submission
and registration discount is September 27, 2008. One
poster presenter per poster is eligible for discounted
conference rate. Presenters will be notified by October
3, 2008 of poster acceptance.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made to Minnie Raju at
spotlight_registration@yahoo.com
or 301-490-5086 by October 15, 2008 to be eligible for
refunds. No refunds will be granted after October 15,
2008; however, registrations may be transferred with
Minnie Raju's approval after payment in full.
